Great colour and quality. I was expecting a rolled up carpet, not a folded carpet, so it is taking a bit for the creases to come out. But for the price, the carpet is fine and looks great in my lounge room.

The colour of this rug is perfect for our home! It had very few creases, even though it came folded in a box. It has already flattened in a matter of a couple of days. I have rated my experience as four stars due to the lack of communication regarding the purchase. I had to go looking for dispatch dates, etc. The delivery date as wrong and there was no notification to advise that it had been delivered. So this side of things could be improved. Not yet sure about how it will wash as it's early days. Otherwise we are very pleased with our rug. Thank you.

Excellent all the way through. The rug was delivered quickly, across Europe from Istanbul. It is a beautiful rug, even better in real life. Colours are lovely and the rug lays nice and flat - an added bonus is the fact it is washable. Totally satisfied with everything.

Rugette is ok...it took 3-4 days to ship out and then another 3-4 days to arrive...communication was minimal but happy with it once it arrived

The style, size and colors of the rug are perfect for my room. I like the lower pile as it's easier to control tge pet hairs of a large dog. The rugb8s great value fir my dollars.
