Faulty Product Returns

Machine washable at 30°C or cold wash. Use a low or no spin setting to help maintain the blanket’s softness, shape, and overall quality over time.
Drying Guidelines
Do not tumble dry. Allow the blanket to air dry naturally in a shaded area, away from direct heat or sunlight, to help preserve its shape, texture, and overall quality.
No Bleach and Fabric Softeners
Do not use bleach. Harsh chemicals can damage the fibres, affect the texture, and cause discolouration over time, reducing the blanket’s overall quality and lifespan.
Ironing Instructions
Do not iron. High heat can damage the fibres. When washed on a low or no spin setting and air dried, the blanket naturally dries smooth, making ironing unnecessary. If needed, gently smooth out any creases by hand while drying.
Dry Cleaning
Do not dry clean. The chemicals used in dry cleaning can damage the fibres. For best results and long-lasting quality, machine wash and allow the blanket to air dry.
