Faulty Product Returns

If you receive a defective item, we will send a replacement at no extra cost. To initiate a return for a faulty product, please email us at support@rugette.co.uk. We may require proof of the defect to process your return. Defective items must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order. 

Order Cancellation 

You can cancel your order at any time before the packing and shipping process begins. If you cancel your order, we will refund all payments, including delivery costs. While we will do our best to accommodate any changes or cancellations before processing, we cannot cancel or alter an order once it has begun processing.
