Faulty Product Returns

You can cancel your order at any time before the packing and shipping process begins. If you cancel your order, we will refund all payments, including delivery costs. While we will do our best to accommodate any changes or cancellations before processing, we cannot cancel or alter an order once it has begun processing. In cases of force majeure, we are not liable for delays or errors in the refund process until the incident has been resolved.

Items should be returned in the original packaging or a similar one that protects them during transit. You are responsible for the return shipping costs and the risk involved, except in cases where the item is faulty.
